Beta – THE XB HOUSE – KINGSVALE

The FREEMAN estate comprises a number of different vineyards including the block we named ‘XB’ in the hamlet of Kingsvale (just a few clicks from the Cellar Door.)

The XB House is a new off-grid sustainable design contemporary house with solar power, natural ventilation and rain tank water supply – an architect designed modular home set on a slope by a natural spring in the north-eastern corner of the vineyard.

XB House offers two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, one with ensuite deep soak bath, the other a rain shower. Contemporary furnishings; polished boards throughout; large north-facing deck with peaceful rural views and a cosy fireside lounge area; fully equipped all mod-cons kitchen and laundry, and a host of other comforts.
